This is the core of your project, it's the project's scope. The WBS is a graphical representation of your project.


This is the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for the First Project that was created when you opened your account using the Start Project workflow.

Deliverables, Work Packages, & Tasks:

  • The first deliverable on the left is the Project Workflow

  • The project workflow contains the work packages from the workflow that was used to create the project.

  • Solution deliverables are the things your project will deliver

  • The solution work packages will produce the deliverables

  • The work packages contain the tasks

  • Drag & drop any component





  • Deliverables can be:

  • Assigned

  • Priority set

  • Estimated Start Date

  • Estimated End Date (not rolled up)

  • Describe the deliverable

  • Select Work Packages

  • The 3 work packages for the 1st Solution deliverable are displayed

  • Select Guidance

  • Enter local guidance

  • Best practice reminders are provided

  • Add notes

  • Add deliverables or work packages

  • Select the work package under Solution Deliverable # 2

  • Select + button

  • Select Add Work Package

  • New work package added under Solution Deliverable # 2
