Projects create change. documentation, training, & coaching describe the change.

These are behavioral deliverables, their purpose is to influence and change human behavior using and or in support of the project's solution deliverables.
Successful Projects produce expected business results by creating desirable human behavior
We want people to use the new solution in a particular way
We want employees to use the new software, to follow the new procedure
We want customers to buy the new product
These are all behaviors
Measurable results will change when the human and software / machine behavior changes using the project's deliverables
Documentation:
Identify any documentation required
Consider if special skills or tools will be needed
Ensure the documentation resources are available
Determine if budget will be needed
Define the timing for design, design approval, development, development approval, and implementation or delivery of documentation
Training:
Determine if training will be required, if not, skip the following items.
Will the training be formal classroom delivery, on the job, or virtual
Determine who will deliver the training, where it will be delivered, and when it will be delivered
Identify any budget requirements for the training
Determine who will need to attend the training
Define how you'll know that the training was successful, the outcome / expected results of the training
Develop the training
Develop any supporting material
Coaching:
Determine if coaching will be required, if not, skip the following items.
Determine who will deliver the coaching, where it will be delivered, when, and how it will be delivered.
Will the coaching need to follow a particular model?
Identify any budget requirements for the coaching.
Determine who will need to receive the coaching.
Define how you'll know that the coaching was successful, the outcome / expected results of the coaching
Develop the coaching approach
Develop any supporting material
