Delivering documentation, training, or coaching is becoming more virtual & integrated within the deliverables.

These are behavioral deliverables, their purpose is to influence and change human behavior while using and or in support of the project's solution deliverables.
Successful Projects produce expected business results by creating desirable human and machine behavior
We want people to use the new solution in a particular way
We want employees to use the new software, to follow the new procedure
We want customers to buy the new product
These are all behaviors
Measurable results will change when the human and software / machine behavior changes using the project's deliverables
Documentation:
Ensure resources are available to deliver required documentation.
Establish methods to receive feedback regarding the documentation that's delivered.
Have resources identified and available to respond to documentation feedback and to enhance or update the documentation.
Establish methods to monitor performance of the documentation.
Training:
Ensure resources are available to deliver required training.
Establish methods to receive feedback regarding the training that's delivered.
Have resources identified and available to respond to training feedback and to enhance or update the training.

Coaching:
Ensure resources are available to deliver required coaching.
