1. Project-Assistant Deliverable Page Introduction
This video will identify the features within a deliverable
2. Open a Deliverable
Double-tap at the top of a column to open a deliverable
3. Deliverable Label
At the top left of the page is the deliverable label. Tap the pencil icon to edit.
4. Deliverable Status
The deliverable status is displayed, it can not be changed here. The deliverable status is rolled up from the tasks to the work packages, to the deliverable.
5. Assign the Deliverable
Tap assigned to,
Select from this project's members or members in your other projects.
Adding a new member will automatically be added to the project's master team list.
6. Set Priority
Tap the priority box to set or remove priority.
7. Deliverable Dates
Notice that all the dates are greyed out. Dates are calculated from the tasks, to the work packages, to the deliverables.
8. Deliverable Description
Describe the deliverable as a thing so it can be easily recognized.
9. Work Packages
The work packages are displayed on the right.
10. Add a Work Package
Tap the plus button to add a work package
The work packages to select from are tailored for the template that created the project.
Follow the prompts.
11. Hide - Show Deliverable Description
Tap the hide description button, the work packages expand.
Tap it again to display the deliverable description.
